the station we will never forget. situated in the middle of nowhere, on a day when snow was forecast we arrived at soutaro stn tired and cold expecting to pitch our tent in the main station building. only problem was, there was not only no station building, there was absolutely nothing except the train line andthe platform. as the rain started to fall and the mercury started t drop, we tried our luck with the only building around, an old janitor's room and found that the door was open and would do nicely as our shelter for th night. so thankyou to whoever it was that left that door open forif it wasn't for you, we would still be frozen to the platform right now.
