縁側でお茶を。。

通りすがりに声をかけてくれました。縁側でお茶と栄養ドリンクを頂きました。お遍路廻りをしている方も多いせいか、愛媛の人たちは旅人に本当に優しいです＾＾ありがとうございました！One of the reasons we wanted to do this trip was to have the chance to see the real people of Japan and the fact that we are walking on the top of these stilts really has made that more possible than it would have been had we simply walked or ridden a bike. She wouln't tell us her name, saying it didn't matter, but she took us in, fed us tea and coffee and looked after us like we were her own kids. At the end, a wave was enough to send us on our way, but the memories will last for much longer! Thank you whoever you are!
